My bachelor thesis "The Copyright Law and its Infringing on Internet" deals with a question of conflict in the area of the copyright law and internet. The thesis attends to most importand legal regulations of the international law, the European Union law and the law of Czech Republic. The work explains concept of the law (a work and its usage, copying, etc.) My thesis analyses particular problems of the law breaking with a view to quickly developing technologies in this area. The work also describes legal protections of technological instruments of creations and its breaking. It gives information on possibilities of sanctions resulted from the copyright law breaking. The work deals with possibilities of current problems solving.
Hildegard of Bingen: Saint, Nun and Healer

The topic of this work is a look at the treatment procedures and medical ideas of a medieval healer known as Hildegard of Bingen. This woman became well known even during her lifetime not only as a healer, composer, writer and visionary, but also because she was an abbess and founder of two monasteries. She wrote many works of mystical, religious and medical nature and among her endeavours there are also musical compositions. An extensive collection of her correspondence has been preserved, which documents regular exchange of letters with powerful people of her time, for example the cistercian monk Bernard of Clairvaux, popes Eugene III. and Alexander III., emperor Frederick I. Barbarossa, bishop Daniel of Prague and archbishop Kristián Buch of Mainz. The aim of my work is an attempt to understand the sources of Hildegard's healing abilities and explore the assumed conflict of the knowledge acquired through study and practice, and the sources originating in her visions.

Bachelor thesis entitled Style of speech in the works of Jáchym Topol and Patrik Hartl introduces basic linguistic analysis of novella & novels - Chladnou zemí (Through a chilly land), Kloktat dehet (Gargling tar), Nejlepší víkend (The Best Weekend) and Okamžiky štěstí (Moments of Happiness). The main goal of this thesis is to introduce theory of linguistic analysis and presentation of found phenomena in chosen works. The thesis is devided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is focused on general conception of linguistic and text construction which is supported by practical part. The content of practical part is analysis divided into the language and text construction. Selected works are examined from the phonetic-phonological, morphological, syntactic and lexical perspective within the language construction. Text construction examine composition + horizontal and vertical divison. The result of this thesis is presentation of basic and the most common phenomena within chosen works.

The work is focused on the old part of the town, where many monuments, buildings, walls, columns are marked by this art. The work presents graffiti in all its forms, both legal and illegal and tries to figure out where is the border between vandalism and art, then investigates the graffiti author's relationship to history, to other people's property, the attitudes of the population towards this subculture and the expression in spray. Postmodernism in British and American comics : postmodernist overtones in the works of Alan Moore and Grant Morrison

The aim of this thesis is the examination and analysis of postmodernist overtones in the medium of comics. It is concerned both with the postmodernist content in comics, and comics' possibilities and attributes as a postmodernist medium. The first part of the thesis elaborates on sequential art in general and the essential elements of postmodernism, such as deconstruction, metafiction, and intertextuality, within its context. The second part of the thesis is concerned with selected postmodernist works of prominent comicbook authors: Alan Moore and Grant Morrison. Non-contractual legal institutions of the use of copyrighted work

The topic of my thesis is the analysis of non-contractual legal institutions of the use of copyrighted work, that means the means how to use a copyrighted work without the need to conclude an agreement with it's author. The wording of the thesis itself is divided into four chapters. After the brief introduction of the topic, I explain the basic relevant terms in the field of copyright and subsequently, I address the sources of copyright law on the national level, on the level of EU and finally, on the international level, with the analysis of the main sources. Before the attention is paid to the core of this thesis, I explain the concepts of copyrighted work and author. The fundamental part of my thesis contains the analysis of non-contractual legal institutions of the use of copyrighted work, whereas I address the very concept of these institutions and furthermore, I concentrate on free works, exceptions and limitations of copyright. In the follow-up part of the thesis, I adress the analysis of the particular free-of- charge, as well as chargeable statutory licences. The entire thesis emphasizes also the link with the EU law, accordingly, I mention several significant decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union, whereas, some of them are examined in greater detail (e.g. the judgment in...
